Quality Check Laboratory, Modern Production Lines, ISO Certified Production Facilities, and Rigorous Inspection Process.
We control both the quality of raw materials used in production and the durability and effectiveness of finished products. VSARS stores a library of OE samples for making direct comparisons. A dedicated team of engineers conduct thousands of component comparisons every year and will reject product samples if they do not meet VSARS’s exact specifications.
For over 15 years, VSARS Filter has been an ISO-certified manufacturer. Our production facilities meet the global filter industry’s most stringent standards as recognized by our ISO/TS 16949:2009 certificate. Each filter we output is manufactured according to those specifications and thoroughly tested to ensure it meets the performance our customers expect.
The VSARS filters owe their quality and reliability to the modern and advanced technologies used in our production plants. More than 1,00 specialists are responsible for the production of VSARS-brand filters.
The entire manufacturing process is monitored based on quality-control procedures - from the selection of materials to the semi-finished products, the finished products, and delivery to the warehouse.
